What’s New in PropertyFlow

PropertyFlow KC now covers both sides of the state line. Kansas City, KS (Wyandotte County) permit activity, code enforcement cases, and planning applications are now live on the map — geocoded and filterable alongside KCMO data.

Use the City / Region filter to focus on KCK specifically, or view both cities together. KCK zip codes (661xx) work with the zip filter and boundary overlay just like KCMO.

Basic and Pro users can now heart-save addresses directly from the map or feed and filter the map to favorites only. The neighborhood scorecard now shows per-layer counts. City/Region filter expanded to 20+ KC metro cities with MO/KS toggles. Added custom date range picker and reset all filters button.

Added a combined heat layer that visualizes activity density across all active map layers. Pro users can now export overlap addresses — properties appearing in two or more layers. Full mobile layout added with tab-based navigation between Map, Filters, and Feed views.
